Rudi Marhold 
Rudi has been the drummer of various bands and ensembles performing in different styles of music since he graduated from the Münster University of Music. Since 1993, he has been a member of the Götz-Alsmann-Band and has simultaneously worked as a theater musician for revues and musicals. He has participated in the recordings of about 160 albums and cooperated with a broad variety of artists from Gloria Gaynor to Gildo Horn, from Thomas Quasthoff to Tommy Emmanuel. Apart from his multifaceted musical activities, Rudi Marhold also acts as a guest lecturer at the Hamburg School of Music.

Favourite Instrument?
I really dig my bass cajon. Another favorite instrument of mine is the crash box, which unfortunately is no longer manufactured. The new range of shakers is very innovative.
