Daniel Schlep Daniel Schlep

Daniel Schlep

Daniel Schlep is a drummer and cajon player. At the early age of ten, he single-handedly took charge of his own musical training, which he put on a broad basis. His performance combines various genres from pop and rock to electro and jazz. Apart from working as a studio musician, he has already performed as support act for artists and bands such as Silbermond, Revolverheld, Die Fantastischen 4, Cosmo Klein, Klee or Leningrad Cowboys on festival stages and in clubs.
In his national and international projects, he utilizes the unusual amalgamation of indie rock with pop arrangements or acoustic music with cajon dance beats, making it seem to be the most natural thing to do. As a drum and cajon teacher, Daniel Schlep provides young musicians with an opportunity to get to know the beats and bytes and the world´s groove in a modern and offbeat way employing educational concepts based on media and studio work.
