The Big Bom is the noble giant among the log drums, and not only in terms of its size. It convinces by its voluminous sound and by its high standard in manufacturing. Therefore it is one of our most successful large instruments. 10 tones, tuned in F-pentatonic, provide a harmonic polyphony in the broad spectrum from full-sounding low bass to bright alto. The Big Bom is an ideal communication instrument: two players can sit on it and enter into a creative musical dialogue. The Big Bom can also be experienced turned on its side: As a sound couch with intense vibrotactile stimulation on the whole body. This makes the Big Bom a very popular and extremely valuable instrument in the entire therapeutic field. As a holistic heart sound giver (in the basal support), as a key to a dialogical perception and communication promotion (psychomotor dialogue) - to name just a few fields of application - this "hand-flattering" instrument is suitable. The Big Bom gets a soft, earthy sound from its alder solid wood body in combination with the solid maple soundboard. The Big Bom is only available on request.
