Oray Yay, a percussion artist who provides rhythm training in Turkish music and conducts academic studies in this field, is highly sought after on stage. He has developed a unique approach by integrating traditional Turkish and Middle Eastern rhythms into the modern percussion world. Yay has performed in significant projects such as Istanbul Sazendeleri, Mercan Dede, Pera Ensemble, and Tekfen Philharmonic, and has performed in Europe, Asia, and Australia. He currently serves as a state artist at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
