Liza Volkova

Liza Volkova is a drummer and cajon performer known for her work across genres from popular to experimental music. She conducts cajon workshops in popular styles and has performed with various famous artists, including Paperny TAM, punk rock band Landyshi, one of the most virtuoso harpers in the world Boris Plotnikov, balkan beat band Drugi Zvuki, experimental dark jazz band INDEX iii, and folk ensemble Komon. Currently, Liza tours worldwide as a guest artist with the legendary Russian band Mirage. She also leads her solo project Elizametna, where she writes and performs her own music.
