With the Heck Stick the Cajon becomes the ultra-compact drum-set. The Heck Stick takes on the role of the cymbals. All drum grooves can be conjured up with their own sound characteristics as well. The jingles can be actively adjusted between closed and open sound (similar to a HiHat). The image of the Heck Stick speaks the same language as the design of a Cajon: Reduced to the essentials – no compromises in sound and quality.

"An independent percussion effect and in connection with the Heck Stick, the Side Kick gives off an assertive click effect that is reminiscent of the sound of castanets or claves. Typically, the Side Kick is attached to one side of the Cajon and is played with the heel. One playing variation is to position the Side Kick in front of the player in order to play it similar to a BDPedal. To do so, we recommend combining it with a drum mat."

The Schlagwerk Cajon Shaker Brushes were created in cooperation with American percussionist T.J.Troy. The brushes with their 15.8 mm handle are extremely comfortable and well-balanced in the hand. The nylon bristles produce a warm, rich sound on the cajon. The highlight of the Shaker Brushes, however, lies in the shaker capsules attached to the end of the brushes. Playing with the brushes you create a nice shaker sound that Complements your groove. Alternatively, the brush can be used as a common shaker or even combine it with drum stick techniques while playing in the air which leads to endless possibilities.

This absolutely professional wooden shaker is great for just about every situation. Two fill-chambers allow for diverse playing possibilities and the multi-chamber system creates a stereo effect.
