The "cajonsaur" Maedde is an institution. The charming Cajon solo performer, band member and instructor has long been part of the Schlagwerk family. Hardly anyone knows the sound, construction and characteristics of the instruments as well as he does. Therefore, as our drummer, he checks every product carefully before it is sold.

Favorite Instruments

Depending on the project and setup, there are many Cajons that I use and combine with each other. But the instrument that is almost always with me and that has spent the most hours with me on stage is my CP605 Fineline Comfort Morado. Very musical instrument, warm character, beautiful, balanced bass, finest response, fine treble, shapely, comfortable ... all in all a high-end Cajon that fully meets my demands.
